The Mission of Sanders County Coalition for Families is to provide a safe haven and supportive services to victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and child abuse. Our Vision is to end violence against women and children by creating a safe community that promotes a culture of equality and respect in relationships.

Women’s Peer Support Group

SCCFF’s support group is open to all women and focuses on empowerment of individuals by encouraging and providing tools to create physical, mental, spiritual and emotional health.

Topics and activities will center around the needs of the group and may include:

Self care

Stress management

Self-esteem building

Reclaiming personal power

Healing the past

Changing Negative self-talk and beliefs

Dealing with anger, grief & loss, depression, shame and guilt

Defining Abuse

Healthy vs. Unhealthy Relationships

Assertiveness
