The Mission of Sanders County Coalition for Families is to provide a safe haven and supportive services to victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and child abuse. Our Vision is to end violence against women and children by creating a safe community that promotes a culture of equality and respect in relationships.

About Sanders County Coalition for Families

Sanders County Coalition For Families (SCCFF) is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization. We are supervised by a Board of Directors (3 individuals) and are recipients of several Federal and State grant awards. Currently we have 5 staff members working together to assist victims of Domestic and Sexual Violence. We also utilize the time and efforts of our very generous volunteers. They provide a variety of services from baking cookies to answering the Crisis Help Line…and everything in-between!

We are members of the Sanders County Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) and the Child Abuse Response Team (CART.  Our staff is available via our 24 hours Crisis Help Line to provide emergency services to victims of domestic and sexual violence. Other emergency services include: battered women’s shelter, transportation, peer Crisis Counseling, and Orders of Protection assistance.

Other services available include: Crime Victim Advocacy, Parenting Classes (group and individual), Youth Advocacy, Domestic and Sexual Violence Community Outreach and Education, Supervised Visitation and Women’s Support Group.
Currently, SCCFF has three leased homes in our Transitional Housing Program.  This is a 6-18 month, income based program promoting growth and self sufficiency for women with children.
